Overview: Mount Moroto, located in northeastern Uganda, is part of the Karamoja region and offers an adventurous trekking experience combined with deep cultural immersion. The trek takes you through the stunning landscapes of Mount Moroto while allowing you to interact with the local Karamojong people, learning about their traditions and way of life.  

Daily Itinerary:

• Day 1: Arrival in Moroto town, cultural briefing, and overnight stay.
• Day 2-4: Trek through the lower slopes and ascend to the summit of Mount Moroto.
• Day 5: Rest day with cultural activities in Karamojong villages.
• Day 6: Explore the surrounding areas with shorter hikes and community visits.
• Day 7: Return to the trailhead and depart.
