3 Days Bwindi
Bwindi impenetrable forest is a true rainforest that is regarded to be the most biologically diverse forest in the whole of Africa owing to its antiquity and located at the edge of the Albertine rift in western Uganda. Bwindi is best known for Gorilla tracking with an estimated population of 800 individuals; it also has a total of about 120 mammal species a number above all other national parks in Uganda with about 11 types of primates.
Travelling to Bwindi will make you get close to the gorillas that are highly understanding among all the mammals after man with an understanding capacity of 99.8% and have your life time experience. The park also has a variety of bird species totaling to around 350 species including those endemic to the Albertine rift, 220 butterfly species and 163 tree species. You will still stand a chance of being at an altitudinal height ranging between 1150m and 2607m ASL and view the forest cover that looks like a green carpet above the trees.
